6. Mandatory 360-Degree Parcel Opening Video Policy

To ensure fair resolution of disputes and prevent misuse, recording a complete 360-degree parcel opening video is mandatory.

6.1 The video must:

  • Start before opening the sealed parcel
  • Clearly show the shipping label
  • Capture all sides of the parcel (360-degree view)
  • Show the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits
  • Clearly display the product received

6.2 Without a complete unedited 360-degree opening video, no claims will be accepted for:

  • Damaged products
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products

6.3 Claims submitted without the required video will be rejected without exception.


7. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

7.1 Non-Returnable Conditions

The following cases are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Dislike of product design, color, size, or appearance
  • Personal preference issues
  • Change of mind after delivery

Returns based on “dislike” or “expectation mismatch” are NOT accepted.

7.3.3 Only one replacement request is allowed per order.


7.4 Refund Policy

7.4.2 Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
7.4.3 Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.


8. Damage During Transit

8.2 If the outer packaging appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to:

  • Accept delivery only after recording proof
